libaudiomask for Debian

I have decided to release this source code in the hope that the free software community will put
it to good use.

To compile the example, run :
make ex

To run the example, un-bzip2 the audio.44100.txt.bz2 file and run the compiled
executable :
./AudioMaskerExample

To view the results, run octave.org and run the script view.m
